Jeremy Weinstein has broad and deep expertise in energy trading, financial and commodity derivatives, Dodd-Frank Act compliance, renewable resources, California's AB32 cap-and-trade regime, domestic and international climate change offset trading, corporate and commercial finance, secured lending, securities, bankruptcy and investment fund management. He has negotiated and documented numerous physical and financial transactions covering millions of megawatt-hours in energy and fuels, more than 212 renewable energy power purchase agreements totaling nearly 15000 megawatts of solar and wind generating capacity, more than 325 energy derivative and commodity trading enabling agreements, and over 550 significant debt, equity and derivative transactions representing billions of dollars. Several of these transactions were featured in international periodicals, including two on the front pages of the Wall Street Journal. EDUCATION

Mr. Weinstein received a Bachelor's degree in 1982 at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was Phi Beta Kappa and graduated, in three years, summa cum laude.
